Simple, but effective glutes

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 14449)

This is very simple. Lay face down on a step, hips to feet are off the step, (I have found that a folded towel helps the hip bone). You head will be on the step. Lift your knees up so that they are even with the step, now...turn toes out, heels in and flex toes towards floor. (There will be a space between your knees). Make sure you don't drop knees, from here, lift straight up to the ceiling, counting slowly and squeezing your glutes, finish off with pulses to burn the buns:).

For advanced classes: You can do this, holding a medicine ball between your knees.

Note: Make sure you are holding your abs tight and not arching the back. My students hold on to the step with their upper body.
