Easy patterns that kick your butt!

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14452)

Start with a warm up of your choice

First Combo

Take it back to other side with two squats then out again and then alternating toe touches to the rear. *bend knee and reach behind back to touch toe. Over the rope again

Second Combo

Do first combo again, then into second combo

Third Combo

From the top. First combo, second combo, third combo

Cool down of your choice
