This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 14452)
Start with a warm up of your choice
First Combo
- 2 Squats to the side (one squat clap when you come up and down into the next squat) (4)
- Jump out (legs jump out to shoulder width apart) (2)
- Alternating toe touches by bringing foot to hand, with a little hop by the foot still on the deck. (8)
- Over the ropes down and back (8) *pretend there is a rope on the deck and you will jump over it and back going down and then back to start.
Take it back to other side with two squats then out again and then alternating toe touches to the rear. *bend knee and reach behind back to touch toe. Over the rope again
Second Combo
- Right side
- Knee to elbow to the side, 8 isometric 8 cardio (faster count)
- Left knee up, right leg side kick 8 isometric 8 cardio
- Alternating toe touches 8 isometric 8 cardio (cardio will be FAST)
- Left side
Do first combo again, then into second combo
Third Combo
- Squats, make sure butt is out, heels planted into deck, knee doesn't go over toe. 8 isometric, 8 cardio
- Take feet together for a feet together squat 8 isometric, 8 cardio
- Into a right mambo, with a turn on 4 (8)
- Again left lead mambo
From the top. First combo, second combo, third combo
