Here are a few basic steps for you all to use if you ever have a person in a wheelchair who wants to still participate in one of your aerobics classes as well. The whole idea is to make your program inclusive to including anyone in a wheelchair and still get twice as many benefits as any other non-disabled were while being a part of your class. (there are more moves that have been modified as well, but for now I can only post a few at a time)
Hope you all enjoy and are able to use these moves in your classes as well! Feel free to email me with any aditional questions or your own comments on these moves. Thanks!
