This is an awesome ab workout, my classes love it!

This is an ab circuit. You can change it up by doing different ab exercises for every class. Do one exercise as hard as you can for 30 seconds. After that, switch to the next, then the next, etc. without stopping. Start out by doing about 6 different exercises at a time, take a break, and then do 4-6 more. You can increase the number of exercises over time. You are really going to feel this one!
