High Intensity Step Patterns #2

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14482)

Here are some more heart pumping combos!!

Combo #1 (32 count)

* Step up with right foot on left corner of bench (1), lift left knee up and back down on floor (2-3), lunge right foot back on opposite side of bench (4)....should be lunging back while straddling the bench....go right into right foot on left corner of bench again with lunge and on the third knee up exit back to HOME for power jack

** Step up left foot on right corner of bench an bring the inner part of right thigh and foot up (1-2), straddle bench and lift left inner thigh and foot (3-6), exit off front side of bench facing the back of the room (7-8), repeat on other side of bench...step up left foot and lift right inner thigh (9-10), straddle and lift left inner thigh (11-14), exit off bench back at HOME and repeat whole combo on the other lead leg

Combo #2 (32 count)

*** After the rocking horse you should be at the edge of the bench facing the left side wall, go over the short end of the bench and as you exit on the opposite side start to turn with your back to the mirror and face the back wall, go over the other short side this time facing the right side wall....stay facing the side wall for the tap backs

Combo #3 (32 counts)

**** Step up right foot on short side of bench (1), lift left leg out to the side (like a side leg lift) as you do start to turn in to face the back of the room (2), place left foot down on top of bench and lift right leg out to the side (still facing the back of the room) (3-4), place right foot back down on top of bench and lift left leg to the side and start to turn back to the front of the room (5-6), exit back down to the side of the bench (7-8)

***** Step up right foot on top of bench and lift left knee (1-2), touch left toes down on front side of bench and back up (turning body to face left side wall and back to center) (3-4), exit bench left and right (5-6) Jack and Ricochet with other leg
