This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14391)

Hi everyone;

This is a easy, yet challenging combination. Perfect for new instructors.

Repeat on left

Repeat left side

The top part can be added to a simple hi-low routine for a 20/20/20 type class

Hi-low option

With above block add:

Then start the top block again (2 basic, 2 back leg extensions, 1 basic, 1 V-step) Repeat 4 times, alternating right and left sides.
