Britt's KILLER spinning interval music

This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 14413)

I've used tons of music on this site's time to add my own! This class is an interval format...I switch from hills to sprints every time the song changes for 60 minutes. make sure you give them at least 15 seconds in between songs to recover..this ride only works if they bring their heart rates down in between tracks.....enjoy!!!

Let them know at the beginning of the ride that they WILL have a mid ride'll keep them focused on working...the break should come about 30 minutes into the ride......

This is an advanced ride...if you have beginners in the class let them know that the objective is to get their hearts to go WAY up, then down, then back up....tell them to go at their own pace (and challenge the advanced riders to push out of their comfort zone...)
