Keep moving 1

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 14419)

This one is simple but it moves around the step to keep the workout:

Part I: (16 counts)

Part II: (16 counts)

Repeat the entire thing on the opposite foot.

If I have beginners in the class, I usually teach the first part and just fill in a tap up/down and over the top two times for the second part. Once they get that you can slowly add in the last two moves of the second part which changes lead on them.
