Basic Hi-Lo 32

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 14138)

This is a very basic, but fun combo. To health!

*the dip is simply a wide step touch back, bending the knees into a moving squat. Add intensity!

Now you are ready to move onto the other side. Grapevine left, etc.
