Quad/Bootie Burn

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14145)

I start with a step on at least two risers, depending on your students level. For more advanced, they can use three or four. Use a body bar as a balance bar touching the floor & held in your right hand. Do a basic right foot tap up. After 8 reps, add a squat on the floor. After 12 reps add on a right knee (12 reps), change to a kick (12 reps), change to a side extension. At this point they should be yelling. To give them a break I bring both feet to the floor into a pliat squat. Position body bar laterally across the thighs. Hold & press 12 reps each. Repeat on the left side. This will definitely make you and your class sore.
