1-2-3-4 Combos for You

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14154)

This is done in a square, facing each wall of the room. I teach the whole thing to the front first.

*On this one: hop on your right foot, left foot etc., it is a lateral movement, remind them to tighten their core to help with balance)
