Jump lunges

This is a [Other] pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14162)

My class loves to hate this.

Jump 4 times, then down in a forward lunge. Jump 4 times then down to a forward lunge on the other side. I will hollar with each jump 1, 2, 3, 4, then we all go into lunge. It is simple but tough. Good for legs, and butt.
