Ball Cardio - V + Over + Walk

This is a Ball pattern from (pattern 14167)

Here's a quick 32 count combo to throw into the cardio component of your ball class. I like to use the ball as much as possible with the cardio. Hope you like.

I don't think anyone has used the stab ball like this with my present group because they really dig stepping over the ball. What four little counts can get you, eh?
