Ball Cardio - V + Over + Walk

Here's a quick 32 count combo to throw into the cardio component of your ball class.
I like to use the ball as much as possible with the cardio. Hope you like.
- 3 x V-step ... behind the ball, get bottom of butt lower than top of ball, I have ball
sitting in a step riser (12)
- Step knee over the ball ... like a single knee lift on a bench, exit in front of
ball (4)
- March x 8 ... around ball to original position, plenty of time to get there so take
a long path (8)
- Mambo x 2 ... in place, on left lead, ready to repeat all on right
I don't think anyone has used the stab ball like this with my present group because they
really dig stepping over the ball. What four little counts can get you, eh?
