Ball Cardio - Repeater Over

Another quick 32 count combo for the cardio component of a stab ball class. Start with
ball resting in a step riser on the ground in front of you. Right lead.
- Single knee lift x 2 ... just like on a bench, but on the floor (8)
- Repeater over ... like step, but on the last knee lift, step over the ball and exit
on the other side facing front (8)
- Mambo (left) x 3 ... get low, keep bottom of butt below top of ball, face front on
first, turn about 60 degrees to the right with each (12 o'clock, then 2, then 4) (12)
- March x 4 ... back to start position, left lead
