Energizing Intervals

I teach a 1 hour class called Energizing Intervals. I teach it like a bootcamp circuit class. It is a very intense class but I have lots of freedom to check their form and body position. My participants love it. Feel free to email me for clarification/ questions.

This is a VERY simplified version of my class. If you want something more complicated email me.

Divide your class into 6 groups. Set the room up in 6 stations aroud the edge of the room with the following equiptment (the number of benches/ bars/ weights depends on how many people you have in each group):

Warm up/ stretch (nothing too dancy!) 5-7 minutes
Cardio 5 minutes
Give directions for the circuit activities while they march or jog in place. Tell your participants to break off into groups and go to a station. Time them for 2 minutes (tell them when 1 minute has elapsed) and have them come form an oval in the middle for a cardio segment between each toning station.

Cool down & ABS - I usually use weights and medicine balls and include pilates
