Leg Sequence

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14173)

This is a good leg sequence to add to any body sculpting program. Use either a barbell or dumbells depending on what your gym supplies.

Side One (right leg work)

The work stays on the same leg throughout the sequence
Repeat the sequence or go to the other side right away

Side Two (left leg work)

Between sets I do my upper body workout, then come back to the leg routine and keep alternating throughout the class
