Easy Add On
This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 14177)
- 4 Sidesteps moving to the right (repeat 3x) 24 counts
- 2 Mambo 8 counts
- 4 Grapevine zig zags 16 counts
- 8 Lunges side to side 16 counts
Repeat all moving left
- Walk forward 4, 2 heel jacks 8 counts
- Repeat moving back
- Knee lifts right/left 8x
- Do a 1/4 turn right every time you do the knee lifts, so you end up doing this combo facing each wall
- "Ride the Horse" squats (swing right leg in front of you like you are getting on a horse- not really,
but close enough- pulse down squat 3 times) Each one of these is 8 counts
- Step hamstring curl 8x facing front
- Step hamstring curl 8x turning over right shoulder
- Forward lunges
