Short and nasty

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 14180)

Hi Everyone! Thanks for all your great ideas, here are a couple of mine from my high intensity class.

Warm up combo

(I break each one down 32 counts for the first part of the warm up and add a march, dynamic stretches in transition)

Do 2x for 32. Repeat 4x

Replace jacks with left double cross
Replace side tap with side kick.
(Break each down first)

Combo #1

Start again

Have fun!
