Block 1.
- 2 x Grapevine/double hamstring curl repeater (12)
- 1 x March on the spot (4)
- 2 x Rhythm hamstring curl (8) *think squat/n'curl
- 2 x Single hamstring curl (4)
- 1 x 2 Repeater hamstring curl (4)
** Rhythm/hamstring curl combo makes a square pattern over box, finishing facing where you started.
Block 1 is self-reversing.
Block 2.
- 2 x Mambo chachas (8)
- 1 x March/1 knee to left corner (4)
- 1 x March/3 knees backwards (8)
- 1 x March on top of step (4)
- 1 x March down on floor (4)
- 1 x Basic step (4)
Block 2 is not self-reversing, insert after block 1 right side lead, then repeat combination from
start leading left.
