Very Basic

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 14187)

Hope this makes sense to anyone reading it, it's a good warmup for my step class as you can increase the intensity of each move.

Repeat whole pattern from top increasing intensity, by raising arms, deeper squats - start off with knee bends and gradually into squats, add jump in on knee, heel and side taps.

*Step turn = step forward with right pivot to face back, step forward with right again and pivot to face front and march on spot for 3. (8) When adding in intensity jog instead of march on spot.
