Hey all, this is my first post. Its a little INNER THIGH move that really gets the class, they as always love to hate it and it's a great challenge!! Give it a whirl, let me know what you think!
*On your side on the mat with your front leg extended and the rear bent. Place one end of the body bar (we use 9 pounds and 12 pounds) in the center of your foot and rest a free hand on the other end. Lay either completly flat out or with one hand supporting your head, core tight!
Lift the leg up a few inches off the floor, starting position. THen lift in singles for 20, rest, lift to starting position then lift in a 2 count for 10 (repeat both sets)
Change sides.
By the end they will be burning, I promise. For newcomers I have them place a hand-held weight on their thigh or just start out with nothing and work up.
