High Intensity Step Patterns

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14195)

These combos really get your heart pumping...and my class loves them!

Combo #1 36 count step horizontal

* Step up right on short side of bench (1), lift left leg out to side and then back to ground (6-7), kick right leg out front and back down on bench (8-9), lift left leg out side and then back down on ground (10-11), tap right down on ground or another front kick (12)

** Jump feet apart and squat down (1) come up and jump feet together (2) then do two little hops (3-4)

Combo #2 36 count step vertical (or horizontal)

Combo #3 36 count step horizontal
