Dragon Push-ups

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14196)

Depending on the size of your class, you may want more than one circle. However, have everyone in the class get into pushup position (forming a circle) designate a person to start. The first person does one push up, as soon as she/he is in the down phase of the pushup, the person next to her/him can begin their pushup. Go around the circle, as soon as the first person is up again, they are to do 2 pushups; the rest of the circle following (this should be a domino effect) keep going around the circle until you have done 8 consecutive pushups. If anyone comes out of pushup position (putting the butt up in the air, or sagging it) start over. This is brutal, but it works. I have around 10 people in a circle. But you decide, you know your class!
