Everyone loves this exercise, we do at the end of the class.
First I tell class to be at 80% resistance. and at the beginning of the song we do standing climb and always hand position three. Then when the music goes to the medium fast part we go right to running climb in hand position two. To finish you will here the music change to the very last part and we will finish with a sprint in the saddle to the end of the fast part and then recovery toward the very end of song. The song is about 6 minutes long. But the killer is that we keep the resistance the same all the way through. And you want it to be at least 80- 90%.
