Low Impact for Older Adults
This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 14213)
I use step/conditioning music (124-134bpm) and try and keep the choreography simple for an older adult group.
Add in some fun arms and enjoy!
Combo #1 (right lead)
- 2 V-steps (1-8)
- Walk forward 4 steps (9-12)
- Walk (on the spot) turning right 4x (13-16)
Repeat 4x should face right, back, left and end up facing front
Combo #2 (this combo changes lead leg)
- 4X Step together moving right (1-8)
- 4X Step tap inside leg (9-16) - left
- 2X Double scoop moving forward (1-8)
- 4X Hamstring curl moving back (9-16)
Combo #3
- 4X Repeater knee (1-8)
- 4X Step touch (9-16)
Repeat twice
Combo #4
- 4X Wide march (1-8)
- 4X Step knee (wide) (9-16)
- 4X Narrow march (1-8)
- 4X Step knee (narrow) (9-16)
Lead left and start from the top!!!
