Combo 1
- (1-16) *Knee/squat/knee x2
- (17-20) Double outer thigh lift, but don't exit (option: (17-18) step up and outer thigh lift with left leg, (19) hop onto left leg and swing right leg out to side, (20) hop onto right leg and swing left leg out to side)
- (21-22) 3 Runs on floor
- (23-24) Step up right, left
- (25-32) 3 Lunges backwards and exit
Repeat other side
Combo 2
- (1-6) Stomp corner to corner
- (7-8) Step up right, left facing side
- (9-12) Lunge right leg off side of step and exit to face the front
- (13-20) Glute lift x2
- (21-24) 4 Marches on top of step facing side (option: (21-22) step up, up, facing the side, (23) jump feet on floor straddling the step, (24) jump feet back together on step)
- (25-26) Exit facing the back
- (27-30) 4 Marches on step facing side (option: same as before)
- (31-32) Exit facing front
Repeat other side
Combo 3
- (1-8) Rocking horse, but kick instead of knee lift
- (9-16) Pony corner to corner
- (17-20) Inner thigh lift
- (21-28) Repeater inner thigh lift
- (29-32) Basic step
Repeat other side
Combo 3
- (1-8) Grapevine ending with 3 hamstring curls turning to face skinny end of step
- (9-12) Knee and straddle
- (13-16) Knee and exit (facing front again)
- (17-24) Kick x2
- (25-28) Hamstring curl x2 on top of step
- (29-32) Knee lift x2 on floor
Repeat other side
*Knee/squat/knee - (1-2) step up right and lift left knee, (3) place left foot on floor and squat, (4) recover from squat, (5) squat (6) lift left knee, (7-8) exit
