Warm up for step
This is a
Warmup pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 14309)
- (1-8) Grapevine with 3 alternating hamstring curls
- (9-16) V-step x2 on floor, next to short end of step
- (17-24) Step up onto short end of step, hamstring curl and exit, double side lunge right
- (25-32) (1-8) Repeat last line 2 more times
- (9-16) Walk round step, round the front of the step first, and finish behind the step where you started
- (17-32) Basic step x4
