Candy's Kickboxing Intervals

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14321)

You will alternate punches (upper body) and kicks (lower body) with each combination. Some will have a combination of both (leg movement with punches) but will mainly focus on one or the other. Spend time building each combination, then cut it down to the count and repeat it several times, then forget it and move on to the next one.

Combo 1: Upper body

Combo 2: Lower body

Combo 3: Upper body

Combo 4: Lower body

Combo 5: Upper body

Combo 6: Lower body

After all this, hit some killer throw down abs and go home!!!
