Square-it-up

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14323)

You will need some space for this lower body workout as you will move sideways, backwards and forwards to complete a square.

Start again from squats with feet together

I do the square a couple of times first and the add in the squat + side extension, then go back to the beginning (squat with feet together). Next round add in knee lifts and last round add in pulses.

I finished off my lower body workout with 'Zorro' lunges - another entry from this sight - along with the plies in 1st. And to really finish off the members legs we did a full plie and only recovered half way up with heels off the floor - about 8 or 16 of these. Their thighs and butts were a little weak at the finish!!
