Killer Kick Combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 14327)

I usually save this for a class-ending "round-up"!

Shake it out and move into a "kick around" - alternating single front, side, back for 2 sets of 8.

It really gets your heart pumping and it is a great way to finish high before taking the heart down. The class is usually dropping by now.
