Add Some Pivots

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 14349)

Here are some fun combos that involve some pivoting...they don't have to pivot if it's uncomfortable, they can just jab in place. Enjoy and keep those combos comin'


****Remember to have them start with a jab towards YOU. If they don't like the pivot, they can do 4 right easy jabs towards front. I usually break it down S-L-O-W (16 counts-just a walk-through) then have them join me super slow. We take it to tempo with a boxer shuffle in between so they don't get too dizzy.
