Thigh Me

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 14369)

Sit on your step, arms behind you for support. Bring one knee up and kick the other leg straight out.

Lift and Lower the straight leg out in front of you, then immediately AB/ADD the leg while turning the heel towards the midline of the body (make sure they cross the important).

After a set of singles, pulse it out (both exercise) and then finish off with a super slow set of each.
