Leg Killa!

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14370)

Start with squat leg lift combo. One deep squat, then leg lift left, squat, leg lift right. Repeat for 16 count, for 2 or 3 sets. Then, move to the floor, and do some dirty dawgs! On hands and knees, lift the left leg up keeping knee at 90 degree angle. Return to floor. Repeat for 16 count, then switch sides (this one will get them groaning!) Try for two or three sets. Finally, end with some alternating reverse lunges, lunging backwards. For the first set of 16, stay in place and pulse, then do a set alternating legs, but staying in place. Finish with another pulse set! OW!
