Comprehensive Kick

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 14684)

16 count combo: start with class facing front, alternating front kicks.

Once the class is comfortable with the 4 moving front kicks, change the last kick to a side kick toward the front (this requries a quarter turn)

The combo now looks like this:
Moving right front, left front, right front
turn left side kick (8 counts total)
(left shoulder should now be facing front)
now add on:
Left jab (2)**
Right cross (2)
Duck back low for 2 (4)
Now start the combo on the left leg right off the last duck-back.

**For more advanced moves, or to add intensity take the one slow jab to 2 quick jabs, and same for the cross-punch.

I usually start out with slower music (high 130s to low 140's) and once they get the hang of it, I speed it up to low 150's. It has variety and gets HR up quickly - they love it!
