Alright ladies and gentlemen...I teach several hi/lo classes a week, and I pride myself on making it slightly different each time. Here's a few that I don't believe I have added yet. Have fun, and email me with any questions and/or feedback. I'd love to hear from you!!
Combo 1
- Step touch press back 2 (8)*
- Scoop it forward (8)
- Step touch back with chest press arms (8)
- Single knees (8)
- Grapevine 3 alternating curls repeat three times (24)
- Single curls (8)
Lead change
Combo 2
- Zigzag grapevine (8)
- Jacks or heels (8)
- Zigzag back (8)
- Single/single double side lever (8)
Lead change
Combo 3
- L-step (8)
- Walk front and back facing side of room (8)
- L-step back (8)
- Single/single/double cross (knee to to elbow) (8)
Combo 4
- Shuffle to the right and pivot (4)
- Shuffle to the front and pivot (4)
- Face the rear of the room and shuffle to the right and pivot (4)
- Shuffle home (4)
- And hold football run drill (16)
Repeat a few times then do it on the left
Combo 5
- 1 V 1 Mambo 2X (16)
- Up and over to the right and back (16)
- Single/single/double side lunge
Combo 6
- Grapevine right, to left knee/side lever/hamstring curl...I cue it as "Grapevine combo...or grape knee side curl" (8)
- Bob and weave up to front (8)
- Ham curls back (8)
- Single hams (8)
* Some call it a step and lunge...count 1 and 2 step to the right bring left foot to right, counts 3 and 4 take left foot behind to lunge and back in, repeat on left side.
