Squat-Heel Click-Squat
Jump both feet together and click heels in air
counts like this: 1 (&) 2 & 3 (&) 4 & ()= heel click
anticipate the landing and absorb the impact with soft knees
Partner Ball Push: Each person faces his/her partner holding an exercise ball between them. Each leans his/her right shoulder/chest into the ball left shoulder is off the ball. Both partners hold the ball and dig in with their legs in a staggered stance and push away. Think football drills when the players push the dummies across the field. Each partner tries to throw the other off balance while maintaining his/her position. This exercise is timed. Of course, you switch to other shoulder/chest.
