Vertical Tapless

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14694)

Assume right lead. Self-reversing. 32 count combos. Vertical.

* Shuffle straddle. Just like a regular shuffle turn except instead of turning to shuffle back the opposite direction just straddle the bench and shuffle backwards.

**Much like a regular turnstep except you do two alternating knee lifts on top of the bench as you turn. Exit down, down and then turn to the front for one jack.

*** To me this is like half a revolving door except you are coming from the short end of the bench and you revolve off one side of the bench. You should end up facing the bench and ready for a turnstep.

**** From the straddle you step up,up on the bench as you turn to face one side of the room, (depending on which lead you are using) up, up, LONG ways, one lunge off the short end and then exit off the opposite short end. Sort of a quick move. Just like an up and lunge x1 if the bench were horizontal except you are going up longways and using the short end.

It's so hard to explain this stuff without being able to demonstrate it. If you have any questions please feel free to email me. Thanks for all your contributions to this website!
