Intervals during Paceline

This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 14697)

I did this during one of my classes and the people seemed to really enjoy it. I explain the Paceline concept (we are all in a line together, drafting off each other, only 2 inches between each bike, and the lead person is setting the pace for all). I call on each person, taking turns, and that person calls out when to pick up the pace and when to slow the pace. This gives each person the opportunity to show how strong they are. This is best done for intervals sessions. It is amazing how hard they work keeping up with the lead person. This should really drive they heart rate up to 92%. In between each person we let the heart rate drop back to 75-80%.
