Then it's back to the military march! You will start facing the front of the room, turning with the side kick to the left. This routine will take you in a complete circle. When you get to the front of the room again move to the left leg. Repeat all of the same moves.
I like to start my class off with some basic warm up moves first. These military moves can be taken in a forward, backward, or side to side movement. They can really spike your heart rate.
