Kickin' Good Time!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 14698)

Then it's back to the military march! You will start facing the front of the room, turning with the side kick to the left. This routine will take you in a complete circle. When you get to the front of the room again move to the left leg. Repeat all of the same moves.

I like to start my class off with some basic warm up moves first. These military moves can be taken in a forward, backward, or side to side movement. They can really spike your heart rate.

Once you have gone through the routine on the right side, start it again on the left. We have a lot of fun with these moves. I hope you give it a try. Happy sweating!!
