Ashleys Awesome Workout

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 14699)

Hey all you aquafitness junkies, This is my fav workout for deep water, or shallow

10-15 minute warm up

Jogging using a variation of arm movements, swirls, push, pull, side, up and down, punching across the body, elbows, high knees...etc.

Jacks regular, crossovers, then suspended, then cross over suspended.

Ski regular, then cross thge arm over the toe, the suspended, then cross suspended.

Cardio time

Intervals (5 of your choice)

V kicks, flutter kick, butterfly butt burner, frog hops, cheerleader hops, dolphin kick, arms only sculling, jacks legs only, clap under the knees, toe touches...etc.

Quadathon (4 moves of choice travelling)

Kayak through the water, sitting flutter, bicycle legs only, jogging with a twist, spider man, ski twist, breaststroke hops...etc.

Cool down 5 minutes

Arm 5-10 minutes

Abs 5 minutes

Stretch 5 minutes
