Jab Frenzy

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14704)

This is your traditional jabbing combination with a little movement to add some variety and to challenge your participants right and left brain!!

Assume the traditional boxing stance. Left foot forward with your right foot back and you are in a nice and wide boxing stance!

This is a moving combination that progresses towards the mirror. Do it four times and skip it back. An excellent combo.

Here is how I cue it:
jab/cross/hook/up
4,3,2,1 (SWITCH)
