Sonia's Wild Cards IV (Cardio Interval Class)

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 14707)

Combo 1

Repeat left

Wild Card 1

Straddle the step: tap right and left to the top. Get going faster and faster so that you are moving at double will actually be tapping up and switching feet at the same time. Low impact: just tap alternate toes to the step as quickly as possible keeping one foot on the floor.

Combo 2

Repeat left

Wild Card 2

From the top of the step: alternate lunges side to side. Higher intensity moves double time. High impact would be hopping on the foot switches. Low intensity stays with the music and no hopping.

Combo 3

Repeat left

Wild Card 3

On the floor: Squat right and jump or step center. Squat left and jump or step center. Make it powerful.

Combo 4

Repeat left

Wild Card 4

On the floor: jog kicking your heels toward your butt. Low intensity: march but instead of lifting the knees front do it as "hamcurl" marches.

Combo 5

Repeat left

Wild Card 5

On the floor: Jump forward and back over an imaginary line. Low impact: just step over and back as quick as possible.

*Note: try a diagonal cha cha cha: (1,2) diagonal walk right/left, (3,4) with right foot on floor and left foot on step cha cha cha right/left/right.
