Sexy Shoulders

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 14718)

1. Starting with lateral raises for shoulders for 8-16 count. (I use this time to make sure the people in my class have proper form)

Here's the first part of the overload...

2. (still with lateral raises) 2 count up and pulse at the top for 2, coming down is 2 count with 2 pulse at the bottom of the move. Repeating the move 4 to 8 times depending on your class and your shoulders.

3. Wrap it up with around the worlds.

Placing the hand next to your butt with arms extended down and palms facing front, arch the arms up toward the forehead and bring back behind by the butt to finish the routation of the move. Around the worlds can be done in single count or double. My class like the singles just because their shoulders are so tired from the combo of the exercises.
