Myrene's October 05 Step Aerobics

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 14625)

The pattern is 64 counts. After doing right lead switch to left lead and repeat the pattern with a left lead.

* Backward Y step - start like a reverse turn i.e. right foot to left corner and left foot on right corner. This will leave you standing on the bench facing the back of the room. Step down off the bench so you are on the opposite side from your start position.

64 count pattern. Switch lead for another 64 counts

Self-reversing 32 count pattern.

# Up with a tick tock leg - Step on bench (count 1 and 2). Swing the lead leg behind you left,right,left. Bring the leg back to the bench on count 6. Step down on counts 7 and 8.
