This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14627)

Hello! Here is the class I taught last night. Everyone agreed that it was very challenging.

I use a scale from 1-10 to refer to resistance, where 1 is super easy (we never go that low) and 10 is so hard you can't even push the pedals (we never go that hard).

After a short warmup....

Then start the whole process backward... So the first block would be the 2 minutes at Level 8 followed immediately by the 2 minutes at Level 7, then a 1 minute recovery, then the block of Level 7 and Level 6, then a 1 minute recovery, and etc.

The entire thing, including warmup and cooldown/stretching, took 1 hour.
