LAAS

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14631)

My classes seem to like this run:

Starting on the left side of the bench, right foot lead:

Then repeat whole sequence on right side of step, left leg.

I usually run through both sides twice, then hold it up on the left side of the bench with half an L (with big knees), then when everyone is together, I ask them to keep that 1/2 L, but step away as much as they can while sweeping their arms (up &) down and across to work their abs... so it's a big move there.

After a bit of that, I have them go across the bench (across and across), eventually holding it on the right side of bench for the same 1/2 L and 'step away and sweep'. From there, I count them down to turn toward the bench and take them directly into a knee straddle.

Hope you like it, too!
