Bums & Leg Blast

This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14644)

Sit your people poolside, with their legs dangling in the water.

Sitting up straight and on the edge of the pool criss-cross your legs, (movement comes from the knees) this needs to be done quite fast in order to get the resistance of the water, you can do this for about a minute, then flutter your feet in the water for about 1 minute (hard as you can, I get my group to splash as much as they can). Repeat this twice and they will be shouting for you to stop. It really works the tops of legs and bottoms.
