- 16 Jump squats back
- 12 Walking squats forward
- 12 Jump squats back
- 8 Walking squats forward
- 8 Jump squats back
- 6 Walking squats forward
- 6 Jump squats back
- 4 Walking squats forward
- 4 Jump squats back
- 2 Walking squats forward
- 2 Jump squats back
- 1 Right walking squat forward
- 1 Jump squat
- 1 Left walking squat forward
- 1 Jump squat
Repeat the singles as many time as nessesary. Make sure they stay in safe postioning. Good burn!!!
Walking squat is: squat mode just stay low walk it forward, right and left alternating. Hope you get it and dig it!
