Combo #1
- Walking forward - 4 alternating front kicks
- Walking forward - 4 alternating side kicks
- Walking backwards - side lunge taps with alternating jabs
- Walking backwards - side lunge taps with alternating elbows
Combo #2 - 16 Counts Total
- Two right uppercuts (1,2) (3,4)
- Right upper block (5,6)
- Right cross punch (7,8)
- Two cross left knees (1,2) (3,4) *hands up on 1, knee comes up on 2 *hands up on 3, knee comes up on 4
- Two side kicks (right then left) (5,6) (7,8)
*Can do side lunges instead of kicks if you want to push it
