Start by laying on left side. Knees in front of your hips. Then lift the feet of the ground (not the knees!) This is the start position.
Then lift your right knee up (when feet stay together in the air) and back. 8x
Then lift the right knee up, stretch the leg out, bend back and close. 8x
Last knees stay on the floor and raise both feet a little bit hogher and back. 8x
Repeat the exersise then 2x the other side.
